Wash Hair with a Shampoo that is Sulfate free

( Any Brand) . ( Budget Friendly of course)

 

Use as ( Conditioner or  Hair Mask)

Apply to sectioned damp hair or dry hair, finger comb or use a wide comb through to even distribute product before braiding, styling or twisting. Allow hair to air dry or sit under dryer. Perfect for twist out, Braids out, bantu knots, style as desired.

USE AS ( LEAVE IN)

Use after washing hair as a leave in, do not rinse out.

Saturate each strand of the Hair to condition hair follicles. ( If you have very oily hair just use the equivalent to one spoon). For best results wash your hair with cold water, since it adds extra Shine.

• Use agua fría al lavar el cabello.

REDUCE EL DAÑO POR EL CALOR DE LOS SECADORES, TENAZAS ETC.

1. Una semana, seque su cabello al aire libre, con estilos rizado, póngalo en un moño o trenza. Solo déjelo respirar.
   

• La próxima semana: use herramientas calientes (secado, plancha, etc.). Verás la diferencia haciendo esta rutina lentamente, tu cabello comenzará a recuperarse, Porque no lo estas quemando tanto! ahi me cuentan como les va!
